Built around your consignment rather than a catalogue size. We take the product dimensions, the weight, the stacking plan and the route, then specify ply, flute and board grade to match. Widely used for machinery parts, spares and anything where an off-the-shelf carton would either fail or waste money on strength you do not need.
Made on imported-grade kraft for consignments that face a longer, rougher journey than domestic freight — sea shipment, multiple handling points, humidity and extended storage. The board holds its stiffness where ordinary liner would soften, which is what keeps a stack upright at the far end.
Specified by the numbers that actually matter. BF (bursting factor) and BS (bursting strength) describe how much pressure the board takes before it gives — so instead of arguing about "strong", you tell us the rating your buyer or your process requires and we build to it. Standard for industrial supply chains and anyone shipping to a spec.
